5. Almirante Brown and Wenceslao Villafañe

The “Torre del fantasma” (Phantom Tower) is a typical building constructed by Guillermo Alvarez. The local legend goes that the looking point on the last floor was inhabited by the ghost of a female artist who had committed suicide there.
