The Group of Paris is a gathering of Argentine artists who towards 1929 meet in Europe while on a study trip to improve their artistic techniques under the guidance of André Lhote and Othon Friesz. They are: Aquiles Badi, Horacio Butler, Héctor Basaldúa, Alfredo Bigatti, Lino Enea Spilimbergo, Víctor Pissarro, Alberto Morera, Antonio Berni and Raquel Forner.
