He studies at Prilidiano Pueyrredón and Ernesto de la Cárcova Fine Arts schools. He wins a scholarship from the Fondo Nacional de las Artes (National Arts Fund). In 1960 he takes part in the Primera Exposición Internacional de Arte Moderno (First International Exhibition of Moden Art) at the Museo de Arte Moderno de Buenos Aires and holds an individual exhibit at the Asociación Estímulo de Bellas Artes. In 1961 he exhibits at Pizarro Gallery and is a member of the Cinco expresiones del arte actual (Five expressions of actual art) at the Lirolay Gallery.
That year he obtains the Arte Nuevo-Varig Award, given by the Asociation de Arte Nuevo. He takes part in the Premio de Escultura del Instituto Di Tella, in 1962. That same year he exhibits at the Vincent Gallery. The Academia Nacional de Bellas Artes (National Academy of Fine Arts) invites him to take part in the Premio Bienal Alberto Lagos Award in 1961 and 1963. He was a fine arts professor for many years at the national schools of fine arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón and Ernesto de la Cárcova.
