In September 1958, (Tomás Monteleone, Aimogasta, La Rioja province, 1931) exhibited individually at the Galatea Gallery. His work, which already announced its adhesion to the Informalist practices, was based on huge spots that denoted the speed of the stroke when dragging the paint on the canvas. The pieces exhibited together with the Informalist Movement, were based on the purely gestural element, developing a language based on the great traces that he obtained when quickly dragging the paint over the canvas. In this way, the colors mixed in randomly.
