1990
With Obdulio Gambaro, 1990
The Museo de Arte Moderno organises Arte por artistas. 50 obras por 50 autores (Art by artists. 50 works by 50 authors), exhibition in which Distéfano is invited as a selector together with Benedit, Brizzi, Demirjián, Gorriarena, Kemble, Grippo, Iommi, Noé, Puente and Suárez to pick the rest of the participants. He enters Up to a Point II.
From 7 August to 18 September, his relief Homage (1966) is part of a collective show organised by the Ruth Benzacar gallery, which also exhibited works by Antonio Berni, Juan Batlle Planas, Jorge de la Vega, Ernesto Deira, Rómulo Macció, Luis Felipe Noé and Clorindo Testa.
His work is chosen for 11 escultores x 11 críticos (11 sculptors by 11 critics), exhibition organised at Harrods en el Arte, and for Esculturas de los 80’s (Sculptures of the 80’s), held in the Jacques Martínez gallery within the Jornadas Internacionales de la Crítica.
