He spoke about “El arte, su desarrollo, promoción y mercado” (Art, its development, promotion and market) at the Encuentro de artistas plásticos del cono sur in Santiago de Chile. Together with Grupo de los 13 –Bedel, Benedit, Ginsburg, Grippo, González Mir, Glusberg, Marotta, Pazos, Portillos, Romero, etc.– and other conceptual artists, he took part in the show Hacia un perfil del Arte Latinoamericano (Towards a Profile of Latin American Art), organized by CAYC at the Museo Caraffa in Córdoba.
Due to the intolerance of certain sectors, a bomb exploded at dawn on November 1 in Berni’s house causing multiple material damages. He was in France, demounting an exhibition.
