Guttero. El último fulgor de B. Aires

Dr. Alfredo Palacios, a candidate for the national Socialist Party, obtains a Congress seat, becoming the first socialist to join a South American parliament.
Alfredo Nicolás Guttero (1882-1932) leaves for Europe. As he observes the Porteño coast from his ship, he draws a sun down at the river, a piece which has become part of a private collection in Buenos Aires.
