1912
Lucio Correa Morales produces the sculpture group of native theme, Los señores de Onaisin.
The sculpture Creced y multiplicaos by Pedro Zonza Briano is accepted in the Paris Salon. However, the work is withdrawn by the Chief of Police of that city. The following year, he wins the Acquisition Prize of the Salón Nacional in Buenos Aires with same work.
Several Argentine scholarship holders are already perfecting their art in Europe: Alfredo Guttero, Miguel Carlos Victorica, Fray Guillermo Butler, Ramón Silva, Luis Falcini and Antonio Sibellino. Pablo Curatella Manes in 1911 and Emilio Pettoruti in 1913 arrive in Florence on scholarships from the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires. Alejandro Xul Solar, who arrives in London a year before, meets with Pettoruti in 1916.
