The dossier on Juan Carlos Distéfano spans from the time of his beginnings
as a painter to his recent works as a sculptor, a first for the CVAA. It covers
over forty years of his work and his commitment to art and reality. A special section offers a view on his work as a graphic designer, which he carried out mostly at the Di Tella Institute.

He moves his atelier to the neighbourhood La Boca, in Buenos Aires. He finds an old, beautiful flat on Avenida Benito Pérez Galdós. After fixing it with Obdulio’s help, he arrives early in the morning to start his work every day until today.
He participates in the show Cuatro generaciones (Four generations) which takes place at Galería Touché in Buenos Aires, with On a road II, and in Round Trip held in Centro Cultural Gral. San Martín with The Narrow Gate.
